Improve and refresh your mentoring practice by spending time once a month with other release mentors. Release mentors work in a specialized role, and there is lots to learn from those in other districts.
Topics for these regular professional development sessions vary. Examples are mentoring for equity, analyzing a coaching success, and problem pose/problem solve exercises. Participants will contribute their own areas of inquiry and concern to each month’s agenda, and assume leadership roles, as the year unfolds.
