The Dane County New Teacher Project is above all else a collaborative learning organization. Currently, sixteen districts of all sizes in and near Dane County, Wisconsin work together to provide new teachers, mentors and principals the training and support necessary to build and maintain strong induction programs. Our goal remains constant: we comprehensively support new teachers to be sure that they are getting better, faster, for all children.

How can my district join?
Consortium membership is open to districts in the Dane County area. Membership costs are determined by our Board on a yearly basis, depending upon the scope of services projected for the coming year. Costs are divided equally among the member districts.
